Adminstrative personnel can access time entries and time balance reports, individual card holders can access their own data and reports at the same time, if their PC is connected to the network, and if they have that authorization. Management can get their summary reports.

Not only in the building on site, but using the Intranet or VPN connections, central management can access the data - a feature that is particularly interesting for distributed access control environments.
